Welcome to Cardboard Kingdom. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cardboardkingdomtcg.com and your purchase of products from Cardboard Kingdom.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

Cardboard Kingdom operates an online store offering Pokémon trading cards, sealed products, graded cards, accessories, and related collectible products.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our website, products, services, or these Terms at any time.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information.

However, product images may not always represent the exact individual item received, particularly for products where multiple units are available.

Minor differences in packaging, printing, labeling, or appearance may occur.

3. Trading Card Condition

Trading cards are collectible products and may have manufacturing characteristics or imperfections.

Depending on the listing, cards may have characteristics including:

  • Centering differences

  • Print lines

  • Whitening

  • Minor edge or corner imperfections

  • Surface imperfections

  • Factory defects

Cardboard Kingdom will make reasonable efforts to accurately describe the condition of products when applicable.

4. Graded Cards

For graded cards, the grade shown in the product listing is the grade assigned by the applicable third-party grading company.

Cardboard Kingdom does not guarantee:

  • A future grade

  • A successful regrade

  • A specific market value

  • Future appreciation or depreciation

  • Any particular value assigned by another grading company

Purchasing a graded card constitutes acceptance of the grading information provided by the applicable grading company.

5. Sealed Products

Sealed products are sold in the condition described at the time of purchase.

Factory-sealed products may contain normal manufacturing or packaging imperfections.

Once a sealed product has been opened or unsealed, it may not be eligible for return or refund.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before opening collectible products.

6. Pricing and Availability

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Cardboard Kingdom reserves the right to correct pricing, inventory, product description, or other listing errors.

If an order is affected by an obvious pricing, inventory, or listing error, Cardboard Kingdom may cancel the affected order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that Cardboard Kingdom has accepted the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

  • Inventory errors

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Incorrect product information

  • Shipping limitations

  • Technical errors

  • Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

8. Returns and Refunds

Market price changes after purchase are not grounds for cancellation, return, or refund.

9. Shipping
